Aviva Sports Set of 2 Arctic Shields Review

Dont waste your $$$.I bought these by mistake at Dunhams.They were $9.99 a box for two of them.I didnt even notice that there were two inside and they were 'snow shields'.They say they can be used for tubing on the box...and I was out to buy snow tubes.

Basically they are tiny little inflatable snow shields you can velcro onto your wrists to deflect snow balls that are thrown your way.

You CANT use them for tubing, because they are the size of a garbage can lid.Once a kid sits on them, they break.

They are made of flimsy plastic like you would find in a dollar store inflatable.

Pass these by!

a lot of fun for kids under 8 years old. For older kids, i recommend a bigger inflatable bouncer.
Its better with small groups, kids like it better when they see other children enjoying it as well

Bestway Inflatable Kiddie Play Pond Pool Review

My 20 month old daughter loves this pool.It stayed inflated until the cat jumped on it and put some small holes in it.I just patched them up and haven't had any problems since then.She loves that she can get in and out of the pool by herself.Also, the flower is really cute when you hook the hose up to it because it sprays out water.

Dora the Explorer Bathtime Castle Review

First, I purchased this at a big box store for around $15. It is currently going for $38 through Fisher Price andthat's way too much to spend for this toy! The castle is well made and the figures have held up well for the six months we've owned it.My child gets a lot of enjoyment from it.It's pretty easy to keep clean and it drains well.It has a button to push where bubbles can be made, all in all, a good toy for the bath.

Waterpark Slide Review

The slide is not designed as a slide as I thought it would be. The blow up rings prevent the kids from sliding through it. We have tried adding a water hose but that didn't help much. The kids inch worm themselves down it. After one day of battling with it, they don't even bother to play with it. It was a very disappointing purchase.

Disney Bubble Blaster: Buzz Lightyear Review

I bought this for my 3-year-old assuming that you attached the bubble solution to the gun and push a button and the bubbles automatically come out. Not so...you have to pour the bubble solution in a dipping dish and dip the bubble gun into the dish and then squeeze the trigger to make the bubbles come out. Way too complicated and messy for this age group. Wished I would've spent a little more and got a more automated type. Kind of disappointed.

Banzai-35" Painted Wooden Skimboard (Colors May Vary) Review

This arrived today and let me tell you I could have made one of these cheaper than what I paid for this. And the one I'd have made would have been of better quality wood. I can tell it will not last the summer. But with the price, what can one expect. The graphics/paint are already rubbed off and we haven't used it yet. The clear coating on back is minimal and rubbed thin in places. It was done cheaply without quality control. Afterall it's just a piece of painted wood...plywood just about 1/4" thick. Nothing more. Nothing special.

Finding Nemo 16' Waterslide Review

We bought this toy 2 days ago and my kids were up at 7 this morning asking for it. The biggest problem is getting them to stop playing. The lawn gets very wet and muddy. So far it seems durable and they have played hard, but they are not quite 5 years old. Even if it does rip, for $10 we can buy a new one. We love it!

Intex Sunfari Play Center Pool Review

The Sunfari Play center will not hold air in 2 locations. The balls supplied with it came dented and you cannot squeeze out the dents. Returned pool to shipper at my cost of $20.00 and still have not recieved my replacement. Intex does not have any warranty on this product. Better off spending money on something else!

i purchased this item despite the poor review and have found it to be very good quality and fun for all the kids.even my 200 lb husband plays in it with the kids. some of the seams are pulling apart but it is because we have had too much weight in the bounce house.the slide is very sturdy and high.when adults try to go down it the whole house can tip over but it clearly wasnt designed for this.I think this was an excellent purchase and it has held up well despite the abuse it has seen.

Fisher Price's Toss n' Spray Seal sprinkler toy works well as a sprinkler.The seal is relatively durable and did not falter when connected to the garden hose.The sprinkler provides an excellent cooling mist for youngsters and both of my children enjoyed it.

The only downfall of this product is that the seal is supposed to hold the provided beach ball in the air.I was unable to get the sprinkler to do this.However, my kids still enjoyed the toy and I do recommend it to families with younger children who might not be big enough for the swimming pool yet.

Fisher Price Fun Squirt Fire Truck Review

My kids really like this.It does not have a ton of water pressure with water spraying out in three areas but it is a lot of dun.my two year old drives the truck and plays with it even when the water is off.It does take some work to blow this up so we are keeping it blown up for the summer and just will add air as needed.I would recommend this toy it is very light and does not hurt the grass or leave it all smashed after they get done playing.

Croc Chomp Slide Review

This was a disappointment from an adult standpoint, but the kids still had fun...which is why I added the second star. Don't believe a single inch of the picture on the box.Either those kids are T-I-N-Y or, they photoshopped that slide to make it look wider and longer.

The directions were lacking, to say the least.There wasn't any mention of 2 tubes that came with the set, so I just put them where I thought they should be.;-)Perhaps because of that, I could not for the life of me could not figure out how to get the crocs on opposite sides without putting a water tube beneath the slide.However, even if I had figured that out, I feared exactly what the first reviewer mentioned...knocking them out of place with each slide. I couldn't get both crocs to work, so I ended up just kinking the hose of one of them, and putting the other at the very end of the 'pool' facing the slide.That worked out great because every once in a while the kids would end up diving into an opened mouth croc and pretending they were getting eaten.

The sliding part was very fun for the kids, so if you buy this just be prepared that the crocs may not work like you want or expect but kids will probably enjoy it just the same.

Banzai Hydro Blast Water Park Review

We have only had this for a few hours and will definitely be returning it to the store.The two "race" slides are very steep with about 10 inches of water at the bottom and NO cushioning...NO cushioning!

My daughter went down on her back and still hurt herself on the very first time... when the little pool was nearly full of water (full is about 10"... especially with kids constantly splashing)

Nobody would ever dream of installing a very steep slide entering an underground swimming pool in the shallow end with only 10 inches of water!So, why does this seem OK to Banzai? This is a law suit waiting to happen!!!But, not for me.I am taking mine back.

This is the first review I have I ever written of any product.I felt responsible to warn people about this.

UPDATE: I actually got a tape measure and measured the water depth at the bottom of the two steep slides - it was exactly 7 3/4 inches (7.75).This was when the pool was full.My yard is pretty flat.The deepest measurement in the entire pool was about 9 1/2 inches. The product photos make the pool area appear much deeper than it is. Just a promotional tool/ploy.

Fisher-Price 3 - In - 1 Arcade Play Center Review

Picked this up at our local store not knowing the bad reviews it got. Even after reading some of the reviews, we decided to keep it and give it a shot...instead of returning it. Our 2 year old son loves it and we haven't had bad luck with it yet. Its been up for about 3 months now. Sure the tunnel doesn't stay on, but my son plays with it either way. Makes him happy, why should I care? We get alot of use out of it. Its definately the favorite toy and a parents life saver!! Would like to add that you can get this exact one cheaper depending on where you look. Do some research if you want something not too big nor small that will make your little one happy. Money well spent.

Banzai Blast Water Park Review

First off, the picture posted online depicted the actual water park more accurately than the one I purchased at Target.The box from Target showed 6 kids that looked between 5-8 years old all over this pool.

I got it home couldn't use my blower to inflate the pool since it only had the small blowholes for the handheld pumps. The pool is separate from the inflated arch & slide.The slide has to be tied down to secure it to the pool, the arch has velcro to attach it to the pool.The arch didn't become an issue until I hooked the hose up to have the waterfall from the archway.The water fell directly in front of the slide, and not on the slide to help my 3yr old slip easily down to pool. The water weighted down the arch and it tipped over into the pool, I even tried turning down the amount of water coming through the hose...but that didn't help either.I was finally reduced to McGuiver a dog leash strapped to the arch and ancored to the ground with landscaping staples.

The box said for ages 2 and up.My son is 3yrs old and had to duck to get under the arch on the slide.I intended on having his two best friends ages 2 & 3 come over and play too, but unfortunately the pool area would only leave enough room for 1 kid!

I'm returning it to Target and taking my son to the waterpark instead!
