My 2 year old daughter got this as a gift and loves it! We've not had any problems with ripped seams. You definitely need a pump to blow it up, though. It does deflate, but slowly, as any air-filled product will do. I'd say we've had to fill it every few days. Granted, my daughter is not rough and tumble, so maybe she's not using at hard as others and that's why it stays inflated. We bought an extra 200 balls and it fills the bottom well. It's also a very good size. We have it in our living room and I thought we'd be constantly putting it up and taking it down, but it's small enough that we aren't tripping over it all the time. All in all, I'd say this was a good product for the money and, again, my daughter is absolutely thrilled with it. *** 6 MONTHS LATER : we've had two seam leaks since we got this, but were still able to fix it with epoxy. My daughter still loves it, but it's durability leaves something to be desired. I'd change my durability rating to a 2, if this site would let me :)
